MANRESA FAMILY MEAL TAKE-OUT MENU

FRIDAY, JULY 3rd

In celebration of Independence Day, we have designed a Manresa Family Meal Grill Kit for you to enjoy on the 4th of July! Some items will come prepared (as indicated) and others will just need to be put on the grill! 

Brian Flannery's 60-day dry aged ribeyes, individually cryovaced in 14oz portions, ready to be grilled. 

Sides of potato salad (prepared item); asparagus (ready to grill); marinated portobello mushrooms (ready to grill); corn maque choux (prepared item); Bibb salad with frisée, herbs and lemon vinaigrette (prepared item); and crudité of carrots, cucumbers, radish, sungold tomatoes, snap peas, and cauliflower with two dipping sauces - miso crème fraîche and shallot yogurt (prepared item). 

Parker House rolls (prepared item) and a blueberry and blackberry crisp with vanilla cream (to be baked and whipped at home).

Vegetarian Grill Kit: Chickpea bowl with kale (prepared item) and all the sides noted above. 

Please note that we are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions. 

This meal contains dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, and alliums.

Our Manresa Family Meal Take Out Team will be taking a short break from Saturday, July 4th through Thursday, July 9th. We will see you again on Friday, July 10th to bring you more Family Meal menus!

Our Wine List, priced for to-go/pickup 

The wine list at Manresa features distinctive and individual wines from the great classic regions of the old world, with particularly strong selections in Burgundy, the Loire Valley, and the Northern Rhône. The restaurant’s relationship with the growers and winemakers of the local Santa Cruz Mountains allows sommelier Jim Rollston MS to feature both current and library selections alongside Chef Kinch’s cuisine.
