We offer a seasonal Chef's Tasting Menu offered at $425 per guest. 

Our Chefs and Cooks go to great lengths on a daily basis to create and prepare dishes on our Tasting Menu as they have been intended to be representative of Manresa and everything that Chef Kinch and the team members embody.

As such, we appreciate advanced notice of any severe or medical allergies that you or your guests have, so that we may have time to prepare accommodations. Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Religious, Celiac, Nut allergy, Shellfish allergy and Vegan diets will certainly be accommodated.

However, if you would like to have our menu tailored to your preferences, we will be happy to accommodate at a supplemental fee of $125 per guest. We hope that you will understand the dedication, long hours and creativity that goes in to each of our dishes. We hope, that while we understand that many guests have preferences, that you will entrust us with your dining experience and enjoy our Chef’s Tasting Menu as it has been designed.


The wine experience at Manresa for many guests is epitomized by the nightly beverage pairing, a unique set of beverages chosen to match Chef Kinch's menu by our Wine Director Jim Rollston, MS.  Our beverage pairing is offered for $235 per guest.

If you would like to pre-select bottled wines from our list for your evening's Tasting Menu, please email Jim at to confirm your selection (this is optional, you can make your selections in the dining room if you prefer).  

We do allow outside wines to be brought in, a maximum of 3 bottles per table, at a corkage charge of $75 per bottle.  We do ask that no wines are brought in that are offered on our wine list.
