We are so excited to welcome Lalita Kaewsawang of @hanlohthaifood back for another great Guest Chef Family Meal collaboration!
We had so much fun cooking with Lalita last April and we look forward to collaborating with her again for your Thursday Family Meal!
Pun Mieng Paa - เมี่ยงปลา - Laotian fish wrap with broiled salmon, pineapple jaew, toasted coconut, Little Gem lettuce, fresh herbs and condiments.
Sides of vermicelli noodles, and Yum Makeua - ยำมะเขือ - Eggplant salad, cashews, lemongrass, and boiled eggs.
Coconut mousse and sesame cookies for dessert.
