Grilled dijon and honey glazed pork chop with grilled pear. 

Sides of roasted baby cauliflower with fried caper and caesar dressing; lentil salad with green apple, walnuts and frisée; mixed green salad with cucumber, dried blueberries and slivered almonds; and thyme parmesan Parker House rolls. 

Chocolate cake for dessert.

 Vegetarian Option: Dijon and honey roasted baby butternut squash with grilled pear, pumpkin seeds and goat cheese.

Triple seared Japanese A5 Wagyu rib eye from the Miyazaki prefecture, with wasabi and sudachi. 

Sides of Anson Mills farro verde with roasted burdock root, preserved black truffles and chives; nori omelette with Santa Barbara sea urchin and ikura; grilled maitake mushrooms with dipping sauces, and mushroom dashi broth; shaved vegetable salad with kohlrabi, apples, fennel, carrots, beets, French Breakfast radishes, Tokyo turnips, herbs, frisée and citrus vinaigrette; and brown butter Parker House rolls with horseradish butter. 

Chocolate and orange tart with ricotta mousse for dessert.
