Thursday's Daily Manresa Family Meal
Local Black Cod a la plancha with a citrus and olive gremolata.
Sides of farro risotto with parmesan and herbs; roasted broccolini and baby cauliflower with lemon and parsley; panzanella salad with grilled bread, kale, feta cheese, charred onions and artichoke; and thyme parmesan Parker House roll. Dulcey chocolate mousse with apple caramel for dessert.
Vegetarian Option: Stuffed Acorn squash with beluga lentils, caramelized apples and onions, and candied pecans.

Friday's Daily Manresa Family Meal
Soy braised short ribs with beef jus.
Sides of potato and celery root mash; roasted maitake mushrooms with melted leeks; shaved vegetable and apple salad with beets, carrot, fennel, kohlrabi, fines herbes and apple vinaigrette; and garlic Parker House roll. Coconut cake with grapefruit and cranberry jam for dessert.
Vegetarian Option: Braised cabbage and marinated tofu with a sunflower seed vinaigrette.
