Wine & Beverage Director Jeff Bareilles displays versatility, depth of knowledge, and a true understanding of pairing wines with Kinch’s cuisine to both complement and draw out new flavor profiles on diners’ palates. The wine list at Manresa has over 600 selections and focuses on the Santa Cruz Mountains, Burgundy and Germany. The wine by the glass program offers 20 listed selections, and another 20 unlisted wines that constantly change based on Kinch’s seasonal menu.
Cocktails at Manresa follow the same philosophy as Kinch’s cuisine: the highest quality ingredients - local, classic and international. “Manresa Cocktails” change with the seasons and the harvest at Love Apple Farms. Manresa’s interpretations of “Classic Cocktails” are always offered and encouraged!
